Kakadu Plum

The Kakadu Plum is also known as the Gubinge or Billygoat Plum. It’s hard to place the taste of the Kakadu Plum, fresh from the tree it has a sweet and sour taste, while stewed it’s similar to cooked up apples or pears. According to Aborigines it gives you an unbelievable jump in energy
