Roast Christmas Turkey - Recipe Details

Method

 

Place your Mahogany Creek Turkey in a roasting pan breast side up. Cover your turkey with a strong aluminium foil. Cook at 160°C for 25 minutes per 500gms. Remove foil before fully cooked and cook for a further 25 - 35 minutes for browning off to give it with a golden brown finish.

 

* If Turkey is stuffed allow another 35 minutes per 500 grams *

 

Cooking

 

2kg Turkey Breast Rolls - 1hour 20minutes at 160 - 170°C

1kg Turkey Breast Rolls - 45 - 55 minutes at 160 - 170°C
