Poultry

The Chickens are delivered to our factory in Malaga daily and are then boned out to order. We are capable of catering to all your needs. The Chickens are farmed locally in Western Australia, all sizes (12-20) are available. If a size is not stipulated in your order we will use a size 15 chicken (1.55kg).

Our systems and practices are above industry standards. Our premises and practices are audited regularly as part of being HACCP approved - certificate available on request.

Whole Chickens are available in carton lots only.

Frozen products come in 12kg cartons packed with 6 x 2kg bags.

Our Chicken products are Halal certified - certificate available on request.

Offal and Sausages

Our ducks are grown for us in country Victoria. They are raised with barns for protection from the elements. They are then transported to us here in Western Australia.

The Duck pieces (breast, legs, etc) can be ordered by the kg or by the number required. We can offer next day delivery on our Duck products - we carry size 18 and size 23's.

Our Duck products are Halal certified.

A Full range of Turkeys and Turkey Buffes are available all year round.

The whole Turkeys are available from 3kg up to around 14kg (massive!).

Try the Ballotine! Whole Boned Turkey stuffed with a wholeboned chicken which has been seasoned by a fruit farce and boneless duck meat.
